The ERP division has a new director, the team is headed by Jan Kelča

In March 2024, Jan Kelča accepted the position of director of the ERP division. With rich experience in the field of IT, he wants to bring new energy and interest in innovation to the division.

„My vision includes the development of agile methods and procedures that will speed up development and enable quick adaptations to changing requirements during the development process. At the same time, I plan to optimize the architecture of our ERP solutions to better reflect rapid technological and business changes," explains Honza.

Honza studied biomedical engineering and bioinformatics at the Brno University of Technology and went on to study an MBA in healthcare management at the Jagiellonian University in Torun. He started working at OR-CZ in 2013 as a product manager, later became head of product management in the medical solutions division, and since April 2018 has been working as technical director of OR-CZ. In 2024, he became the director of the ERP division.
