About our client
The company Průmyslová keramika, whose sole shareholder is PRUMKER a.s., was founded in 1991. The company is one of the leading suppliers of refractory mixtures and refractory concrete fittings and supplies its products all over the world, especially to the countries of Central Europe.
Description of the solution
This is our most recently implemented solution and therefore the most interesting for us. The entire project process involved mapping the current state of the art in order to create sufficient documentation and requirements to find a suitable ERP system. Based on the input, a proposal for an OR-SYSTEM Open solution was requested, for which an initial project was required and the initial project included a proposal for the future state and suggestions for improvement within the bottlenecks.
