The new partnership between OR-CZ and Bartech gives you full control over your production with MES xMost
Do you have true data on downtime and manufacturing performance? Do you want to know as soon as possible about a potential problem (preventive maintenance, tool wear, high energy consumption)? Do you need to know the OEE and have an overview of the real-time capacity utilisation of your machines?
We were looking for a modern MES (Manufacturing Execution System) that could monitor and measure power consumption and bring new benefits to our customers. We have succeeded!
Introducing MES xMost by Bartech
A solution that gives you a complete overview of your manufacturing, from monitoring downtime to measuring energy consumption.
We have a new partner – Bartech
The Bartech company based in Hodonín has been developing manufacturing systems for over 20 years and the experience they have gathered gave birth to MES xMost, the latest and most user-friendly version of the original system. Today, it assists in the collection and evaluation of manufacturing data in dozens of Czech and foreign companies.
This experience means that Bartech knows what problems manufacturing companies struggle with the most. And because they are solution creators, they are not afraid to tailor their software to their customers’ needs.
And how did it win us over?
We wanted to find a unique solution that could go the extra mile. For example, to measure the power consumption of machines and relate it to the worker, the contract, the type of downtime... MES xMost can do all this and more:
it is possible to connect any machine (old or modern),
- the xMost collection unit connects to the machine's control cabinet or collects data using the machine's PLC (EUROMAP, OPC UA, Modbus, Siemens...),
- automatic alarms and notifications are included,
- create your own reports for free,
- safe and fast deployment,
- a pilot project on one machine can be implemented in a day,
- data is available anytime and anywhere (mobile, tablet...).
Efficient integration of ERP OR-SYSTEM Open and MES systems: complete overview of manufacturing under control
Of course, we integrate the two systems - they are mutually interlinked and exchange data.
This also includes transferring the work inventory and other data from our OR-SYSTEM business information system into MES and processing it directly in production.
In practice, this means that we take scheduled orders from ERP and their processing in manufacturing is already running in xMost:
- People load individual orders at their workstations.
- They take the orders to production?
- The system tracks online how the orders go through production.
Good pieces, bad pieces, real-time work done, material and time spent on orders... all this information is then fed back into the ERP system. And you are in control of the order flow throughout the manufacturing process.
Keep track of what's happening in your manufacturing. Want to know more? Let us know and see how ERP integration with modern MES contributes to better production planning, more accurate costing and maintenance.
