OR-SYSTEM 2024 Users' Conference

Every year, OR-CZ organises events where we present new product innovations. We always have something interesting to show off, and we like to find new places where we can actively enjoy a relaxing programme together with ERP system users.

This year, it was the 35^th conference in a row, hence the large number of impressions and experiences we have managed to collect. Off the top of our heads, the rich and varied programmes of previous years have included visiting a basilica, a winery and caves, being drawn by a caricaturist, a magic show, a shell game, a bartending show, a monastery and casemates. When it came to sports, we were not lazy, either. Tennis, bowling, swimming, rafting, cycling trips and a golf academy were among the most popular activities. We also tried archery, an adrenaline tower, volleyball, pétanque, crazy golf ... we enjoyed a lot of experiences and believe there will be plenty more :)

The OR-SYSTEM 2024 Users' Conference was held on 13-14 June at the Horizont Hotel in Pec pod Sněžkou. A hike to the Sněžka mountain was the obvious choice. In the evening, there was some space to test our general knowledge in a pub quiz. And how did it turn out? We all hit the mark here and there ;)

The get-togethers are important as they bring many benefits such as expanding the awareness of using OR-SYSTEM Open to its full potential by presenting new applications, getting updates on the latest trends in cybersecurity, establishing new relationships and getting feedback for your own company through benchmarking and meeting B2B partners, opportunities to consult the experts about your own needs, incentives to improve, and, last but not least, breaking the daily routine and having a good time.

This year's programme included:

Cooperation in the OR-SYSTEM Open Manufacturing module - We presented the current innovations in the OR-SYSTEM Open Manufacturing module for the effective management of cooperation with subcontractors of payroll work within the manufacturing process.
Integration of the TPV OR-SYSTEM Open & Siemens PLM module - Want to improve the lifecycle management of your products? We have successfully implemented the TPV module project (Design, BOMs, Workflows, Documentation) in cooperation with Siemens Teamcenter PLM software in EXCALIBUR ARMY spol. s r.o. and showed how to do it at the conference.
Grant programmes - Do you need to invest in production, cyber security, IT technologies or purchase new OR-SYSTEM Open modules and want to save money? We introduced the participants to the possibilities of how to completely handle grant management and significantly increase the success of your project with the help of experts who have extensive experience in grant issues.
xMOST MES system & OR-SYSTEM Open/Integration of ERP with digital manufacturing technologies - We focused on the implementation of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), including the measurement of energy consumption for better production planning, costing and maintenance. Integration for better economic results through optimisation and more efficient use of resources.
AI and OR-SYSTEM Open - At the conference, we reflected on the added value and impact of AI on ERP systems in the coming years.
